I went to ReEnergized for the Salt Room. After having had a headcold for a few days, a friend told me about salt room treatments. I found this place online. It is super quick and easy. After you sign the waiver on your phone, the manager brings you to a salt room (about the size of a phone booth). You sit in there for about 10 minutes. The treatment really cleared up my head and I feel much better! They also offer other therapies which I am excited to try out.
I stopped in again because I began a summer slum down challenge at a gym. I did the compression pants and body scan. It was just what my sore muscles needed. I can now see my progress over the next few weeks! The receptionist, Karina, was very patient, kind, and knowledgable. I hope to try the cryo next time.

After exploring various treatment options with my healthcare provider, we decided to try Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at Reenergized, and I'm delighted to share my experience.Having undergone several sessions of HBOT, I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for my wound healing journey. The process itself was surprisingly comfortable and straightforward, and the benefits have been truly remarkable.One of the most noticeable improvements I've observed is the accelerated healing of my wound. Despite my older age, HBOT has significantly expedited the healing process, allowing me to experience relief and progress that I hadn't thought possible. Went to try this place after hearing amazing things about it. I tried the massage chair and it was the best massage chair I have ever tried. I did not want to leave. After, I tried the salt room and really felt it cleared up my nose. I felt better after leaving the salt room. The facility was nice and had a great ambiance. The employees were friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to stop by.
We are lucky Long Beach! Love this new business!!!! I was introduced to Reenergized by my friend, Karina, who started working there recently. I am an artist and they were looking for someone to design some emblematic pieces to go along with the individual, unique treatment stations. I enjoyed meeting with the owner Sean and the manager Raphaël. What wonderfully, knowledgeable, nice guys. Tip of the hat also to Lorraine who works there as well. I was gifted an opportunity to try all the stations out to get a feel for them and be inspired and I certainly was. I started with 15 minutes in the hyperbaric chamber followed by the leg compression treatment. I had only slept for 3 hours the night before and expected to be crashing early that night, but was remarkably alert and not at all tired. I naturally attribute this to the pressure chamber treatment with it's oxygen boosting abilities. My sore knee hurt less - which I presume was because of the compression treatment. I tried the "sound and light" goggles the next visit and found it was very soothing and relaxing. The place is super clean and well laid out (good Feng Shui?). I love the charcoal grey smooth stucco treatment on the exterior. It makes the building more contemporary. I now better understand the challenge to create something as aesthetically pleasing as these stations are uniquely healing. I look forward to trying all the other healing treatments then letting my imagination try and catch up. Be a great place to take a group of friends and try something new. Be sure to book your appointment on line. I have a feeling this place is going to get very busy.

The different treatments that ReEnergized offers provide for great, customized experiences that can be catered towards every customer.The cryotherapy and red light therapy, and were great for treating my rehabbing shoulder while also helping my sore muscles recover. I instantly felt my body recovering during and right after treatment!Can’t wait to come back for the excellent offerings and wonderful customer service that Sean and his team provide! Would recommend to everyone.
My wife and I were lucky enough to get a sneak preview prior to the official grand opening. I'm excited that this is the future! It's good to have forward thinkers in Long Beach who have the foresight to know that the future is about longevity, health, and overall wellness. ReEnergize is compact and efficient, yet has the most cutting edge technology in the longevity space. It's perfect for a drop-in for somebody who doesn't live in that area (like myself.) But if I lived in that area, I would absolutely become a member. It's a great experience! And we will absolutely be back.
