During my visit to Reenergized in Long Beach, I experienced localized cryotherapy with the CryoPenguin, targeting my lower back. Initially, the intense cold was startling, but it quickly transformed into a deep, soothing sensation that alleviated my discomfort. The attentive staff ensured a comfortable experience, and I left the session feeling significantly refreshed and less burdened by back pain.
I just had a great experience at the ReEnergized studio in Long Beach, California. I tried the cryo chamber, red light therapy bed, infrared sauna, halotherapy (salt therapy) booth, and brain tap. All modalities had a positive impact on my body that is always in need of recovery from beach volleyball and weight-lifting.Looking forward to go back and try out the hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber and compression therapy chamber as well. Curious to learn more about their human performance testing.

I have never been to any place like Reenergized before. I felt pain free and relaxed after trying a combo of the light therapy bed, hyperbaric chamber, targeted cryotherapy and leg compression. The staff is knowledgable and helpful and the equipment is top notch. I will definitely be going back.

My wife and I were lucky enough to get a sneak preview prior to the official grand opening. I'm excited that this is the future! It's good to have forward thinkers in Long Beach who have the foresight to know that the future is about longevity, health, and overall wellness. ReEnergize is compact and efficient, yet has the most cutting edge technology in the longevity space. It's perfect for a drop-in for somebody who doesn't live in that area (like myself.) But if I lived in that area, I would absolutely become a member. It's a great experience! And we will absolutely be back.
