How it works

  • FUNCTION – Contrast Therapy alternates between Infrared Sauna heat and cold exposure — either Cold Plunge immersion at 39°F or Cryotherapy at –220°F. This combination creates rapid vascular changes, boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, and accelerating recovery.
  • EXPERIENCE – You’ll start in the Infrared Sauna to warm the body, then switch to either the Cold Plunge pool or Cryotherapy chamber. Most clients repeat 2–3 rounds, ending in heat or cold based on preference. The alternating hot and cold is safe, invigorating, and deeply restorative.
  • DESCRIPTION – At ReEnergized, you can choose between two contrast experiences: Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge for full-body immersion, or Infrared Sauna + Cryotherapy for ultra-cold air therapy. Both are guided and designed to maximize recovery, performance, and overall wellness.
  • DURATION – Sessions typically last 20–30 minutes depending on the number of rounds and your goals.

  • Compression Therapy: After completing your Contrast Therapy session, we recommend following up with Compression Therapy using Normatec. FAQ: How To Prepare For Your Contrast Therapy Session

Is Contrast Therapy safe?
Yes. In our controlled setting, Contrast Therapy is safe and supervised. Alternating between heat and cold is a proven method for recovery and circulation support.

Both are effective. Cold Plunge immerses you in 39°F water for deep body reset, while Cryotherapy exposes you to liquid nitrogen–cooled air at –220°F for 2–3 minutes. Many clients try both and choose based on preference.

Most clients alternate 2–3 times between sauna and cold. Beginners may start with shorter exposure and gradually build tolerance.

We provide robes, towels, and footwear. Our bathroom includes a shower and essentials. Just bring swimwear if you’re using the Cold Plunge, or minimal clothing if you’re doing Cryotherapy.
