How it works

  • FUNCTION – Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen–cooled air to rapidly lower the temperature of the skin and surrounding tissues. Each modality can reach temperatures as low as –220°F, triggering vasoconstriction to reduce inflammation. As the body warms afterward, circulation improves, flushing oxygen-rich blood to muscles and joints for recovery and healing.
  • EXPERIENCE – In the Cryo Arctic, you’ll step into a whole-body chamber for a quick 2–3 minute session. The cold feels intense but safe, and most clients describe it as invigorating, refreshing, and energizing. With the Cryo Penguin, our localized device, cold air is directed onto a specific area for up to 6 minutes, providing targeted relief for pain, injuries, or problem spots.
  • DESCRIPTION – We offer two Cryotherapy options: the Cryo Arctic (Full Body), designed for systemic recovery, inflammation reduction, and energy boosts; and the Cryo Penguin (Localized), perfect for precision therapy on sore joints, injuries, or skin health. Both provide the benefits of ultra-cold exposure in safe, controlled sessions.
  • DURATION  – Whole-body Cryotherapy lasts 2–3 minutes, while localized sessions last up to 6 minutes depending on treatment goals. Despite their short length, both deliver powerful results, making Cryotherapy one of the most time-efficient recovery methods available.
