ReEnergized (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our studio, use our website, or interact with our services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: Name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, your doctor's name, practice, and phone number, health history, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and payment information. Birthday, gender, address, emergency contact, and doctor details on your account are optional, and you can change or remove them in your account at any time.

Added by our staff: Our staff may add or correct these details on your account. If you were a client before we moved to our current booking system, we may also bring over your details and your record from ClubReady, including your client ID, join date, how you found us, and your membership status.

Health and wellness data: Assessment results from NeuralChek, WaviMed, SpO2 monitoring, HRV measurements, and optional biomarker testing (TruDiagnostic, Jinfiniti). Session attendance records.

Automatically collected: Website usage data, IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit reenergized.com.

Phone calls: When you call us, our call-tracking provider logs the number you called from, the date, time, and length of the call, and the ad, listing, or web page that led you to call. Calls may be recorded, and our provider may create a written transcript and summary of a recorded call using automated tools. These can include anything you say on the call, including health information. We use them to understand why people call, follow up with you, improve our service, and train our team. We match the call to your account by phone number to learn which advertising works. We keep our call log, including any summary we copy into it, for two years and remove it when you delete your account.

Emails: Our reminder emails include a small image and links that tell us whether you opened an email and which link you tapped, so we can see which emails help. We keep this with your account for two years and remove it when you delete your account. Blocking images in your email app stops the open record.

To conduct health and safety screenings (o2providers.com)
To track your progress through assessment measurements
To process payments and manage your membership
To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and promotions
To anonymize and de-identify data for clinical research, quality improvement, and marketing (as consented in your intake form)

We may share information with:

Our billing provider (currently ClubReady LLC) to process payments
o2providers.com for health screening purposes
Our call-tracking provider (CallTrackingMetrics) to route, log, record, and transcribe phone calls
Service providers who assist our operations (subject to confidentiality agreements)
As required by law, regulation, or legal process
With your referring physician, if you provide written consent or if required for your protocol completion report

Your Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
Request deletion of your personal information
Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Data Security

We maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Health assessment data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized staff.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Anonymized research data may be retained indefinitely.

Optional account details, including your birthday, gender, address, emergency contact, doctor details, and any ClubReady record, stay on your account until you remove them or delete your account. Deleting your account removes them.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Members under 18 must have a parent or guardian provide consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
