Health and wellness data: Assessment results from NeuralChek, WaviMed, SpO2 monitoring, HRV measurements, and optional biomarker testing (TruDiagnostic, Jinfiniti). Session attendance records.

Automatically collected: Website usage data, IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit reenergized.com.

To conduct health and safety screenings (o2providers.com)
To track your progress through assessment measurements
To process payments and manage your membership
To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and promotions
