How it works

  • FUNCTION: BrainTap combines light pulses from an LED visor + sound entrainment (binaural / isochronic beats) + guided visualization to shift your brain into desired brainwave states (alpha, theta, etc.), helping you achieve relaxation, focus, or deep sleep.
  • EXPERIENCE: You’ll wear a comfortable headset with LEDs and headphones. The session includes calming voice guidance, music, sound frequencies, and visual light pulses. Many people say sessions feel meditative, like a reset, and leave feeling peaceful.
  • DESCRIPTION: We offer BrainTap as a standalone “sound therapy” modality. You can choose sessions tailored to goals like sleep support, stress relief, enhanced focus, or emotional resilience. It’s non-invasive, relaxing, and easy to integrate into your routine.
  • DURATION: Typical sessions are ~ 20 minutes to allow enough time for brainwave entrainment, guided visualization, and light/sound synchronization. Shorter sessions possible, but 20 minutes tends to give fuller benefit.
